The staff at Blue Mountain Honda were amazing and friendly. We worked with Quinn to buy our car and through the process there were a lot of amazing vehicles he showed us. His transparency and genuine care made the experience smooth and overall comforting and he went above and beyond to help us find a great car. We will definitely be purchasing our future vehicles with them from now on. Thank you to the whole staff for being so awesome.

I was desperate to have my Honda CRV checked out. Because all the dash lights were on and it was making a weird sound. I only have one vehicle and have a lot of doctors appointments. Thank God for Heidi Henley 🙏🏼 Heidi was super compassionate and so very helpful. I cannot praise her up enough. I will definitely be taking my vehicle there from now on. Just leased a 2025 CR-V from Blue Mountain Honda and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and zero pressure. The process from beginning to end of purchasing my 2026 Civic Hybrid from The Staff was professional, efficient, and very polite. Cannot say enough hood things about Yadmar Perez at Blue Mountain Honda Collingwood. Such an honest knowledgeable young man. We are so happy with all his help in making the purchase of a new 2026 CRV Sport Hybrid. Boy.... so many changes in automobiles since our last CRV purchase over 11 years ago. Yadmar was great in answering all our questions about the new technology and how hybrids work. When we asked a question where Yadmar was not quite sure of the answer He made sure He got the correct information. After owning the car for a month we found there were features we were not sure of. Yadmar was happy to set up a meeting with us to make sure we had all the answers. We would recommend Blue Mountain Honda and Yadmar Perez to anyone in the market for an honest no pressure purchase. I recently traded my 2019 Subaru Outback for a 2024 Outback and in the end got a fair price at both ends. Yadmar Perez was great to deal with from start to finish. Very honest and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Yadmar and Blue Mountain Honda to anyone.

5 stars for two flawless transactions recently with salesman Yadmar Perez and selling manager Quinn Frayne. My son was looking to sell his Toyota RAV4 on Facebook as he is relocating to BC. Yadmar Perez reached out online and explained that the dealership was interested in making an offer to purchase his car. We almost didnt bother replying as from my experience dealerships are usually greedy and make lowball offers in the situations. However, Yadmar was able to make us an initial offer on the car, subject to an in person inspection to make sure it presented the same as in our pictures. We went in and within 15 minutes we had signed up to sell them our car for actually a little more than the initial facebook suggestion. The manager Quinn was superb in explaining to us what the car would sell for on their lot, less the needed reconditioning costs and a fair profit margin for the dealership. It was nice to have a dealership give us a detailed breakdown of why our car is worth a certain amount for a change.. Ultimately we got a very fair value for the RAV4 and a cheque in hand within a day.. rather than having to go down the road of selling privately. Having been impressed with how things were done, we got into discussing my Highlander lease that is coming due. Just like with the rav4, we got a very strong and detailed offer and now have an order in for the new Honda Passport. Would highly recommend Blue Mtn Honda and these guys for anyone wanting to cut through the usual car sales BS and get a fair deal.

We offered to prioritize your vehicle and have it diagnosed on the same day later that afternoon. Just wanted to send a big shout out to Leah Steven’s, Quinn and there amazing team. Leah far exceeded my expectation and I’m super thankful for all her help. She was extremely fast, so friendly and made the whole process easy. Within minutes of a telephone call on what had to be one of the coldest and windiest days she had the vehicle I was inquiring about cleaned off, started, did a 360 of the vehicle and showed me the inside via video as I was out of town. I was very impressed with her and her entire team for making the experience so enjoyable. The courtesy shown was top notch and the bow on the car on pick up day made it that much more special.
