Our 2018 Honda Odyssey's warning light came on so we took it in to be investigated. There was the a problem with the injectors which need to be replaced. Service checked and found out that Honda would cover all costs because it was an issue they were aware of so all the work was completed quickly and it was all covered. A happy ending and we were thrilled with their workmanship and assistance.

While travelling, we needed a minor fix. While initially we were told that there were no available mechanics, one of the salesperson went out of his way to talk the head mechanic into having a quick look. He did and said they would do it no problem!!!! 30 min later we were back on the road!!!!! Thanks SO MUCH!!!! (They even washed the car!!!)

Offered a free car wash after the work was done on the vehicle and the waiting lounge area was very clean and there was coffee and other beverages to enjoy while I waited all my car was being serviced. I found the staff to be very friendly.

They had the vehicle I wanted and they worked with me to come to a reasonable agreement on the price and options. It took an extra few days for delivery, but that was because they took the time to make sure my vehicle was safe, clean, and didn't have recalls or other issues. I respect their diligence, their communication, and there friendly service. My sales rep was Jake, he was great and went above and beyond sending me videos of the vehicle before I was able to see it and he even set up a small display of Honda Toys, hats, and swag for my family upon delivery to me home. If you are Jake's boss reading this, please give him an extra paid day off sometime so he can take his family camping. If it weren't for his excellent service, I would have never purchased the vehicle. I live over 2 hours away, I had other options, but he sealed the deal!

My car suddenly no longer worked after arriving from a long drive to Collingwood. The service staff and team were great, they were able to fit me in on an urgent basis next morning, diagnosed the issue (car battery), and had the car up and going that very morning. Really appreciate them resolving the issue on short notice!
