Had issues with my dvd/Navi screen turning purple so I purchased a completely new unit (used) as they thought the screen had broken. Frank the mechanic called me a short time later and said the problem was not the screen but a wiring issue that he fixed. One of the most honest experience I’ve ever had at a dearship Highly recommended. Thanks
