Thank you to the staff at Blue Mountain Honda for the amazing service. We called Dayne to order our new Honda Passport and the process began immediately. Our vehicle arrived in the time-frame we were given. We drove a few hours to pick it up but upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and Sam had all the paperwork ready for us. I originally gave it a two based on the customer service at the service desk counter and not the dealership or staff outside of this service counter. Bumped up to a 5 after management fixed the original service issue.
