Thank you to the staff at Blue Mountain Honda for the amazing service. We called Dayne to order our new Honda Passport and the process began immediately. Our vehicle arrived in the time-frame we were given. We drove a few hours to pick it up but upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and Sam had all the paperwork ready for us. Yadmar was so polite and helped us with the walk around. Thank you to everyone who made this a seamless purchase for us. I LOVE my new Passport!!

I originally gave it a two based on the customer service at the service desk counter and not the dealership or staff outside of this service counter. Bumped up to a 5 after management fixed the original service issue. They went above and beyond to rectify the issue and I will not only be back but can definitely recommend Blue Mountain Honda to anyone getting service or interested in one of their quality vehicles in the future. Our 2018 Honda Odyssey's warning light came on so we took it in to be investigated. There was the a problem with the injectors which need to be replaced. Service checked and found out that Honda would cover all costs because it was an issue they were aware of so all the work was completed quickly and it was all covered. A happy ending and we were thrilled with their workmanship and assistance.
