Excellent service at Blue Mountain Honda! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I usually get a little intimidated when the conversation turns to anything mechanical 😅, but they took the time to explain everything in a way I could actually understand, no confusing mechanic talk! The shuttle service was also super convenient. They dropped me off so I could get some work done while my car was being serviced, which made the whole experience so much easier. While I'm never a fan of having to bring my vehicle in for service I have to say I was very pleased with my experience at Blue Mountain Honda. Samantha at the service counter was pleasant and very helpful in helping me understand what service was required and more importantly not required. I had purchased my used vehicle at another Honda dealer that had failed to clear some of the service codes which would have had me doing unnecessary work. Samantha clarified my vehicles service history and identified what was needed now and when I could expect various service requirements in the future. The service that was done was completed in a reasonable amount of time and at a fair price. I would have no concerns recommended Blue Mountain Honda for any customer needing their Honda serviced.
