From my first phone call to driving away everyone at Honda was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient . Candace on the service deck is so well educated on the mechanics of cars I never needed to speak directly with a mechanic. The driver who took us in to town and picked us up , nice guy, great service. Absolutely great experience all around.

Dayn basically stood on his head to co-ordinate a time pressured sale to get me into a brand new CRV Hybrid and I absolutely cannot thank him enough! The staff at Blue Mountain Honda are sublime. My experience was much better, Samantha was great took the vehicle in on appointment schedule and due to not only the regular service it needed diagnosis to determine engine noise and she kept me updated, made recommendations and completed to job on time, overall very happy.
